I was refused the sale of a generic drug under the pretext that a prescription was required, in order to impose on me a brand name product that was twice as expensive.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! I sent my husband today to buy me medication safe for my pregnancy to treat a cough and a cold. He asked for advice from a bitter woman in her sixties who told him she had nothing to offer for pregnant women, which surprised me since I had already bought homeopathic remedies while pregnant to soothe a cough and alleviate a cold. I think she simply didn't want to bother looking, or else she's incompetent and could endanger someone's health. The only thing she could think of was to give my husband several boxes of medication that are completely unsuitable for pregnant women. I went to tell her that this wasn't right, and she replied that I was the one who desperately wanted something to cure me, which is false. I simply insisted that my husband take medication safe for my pregnancy, since such medications do exist. If you had nothing to offer or no expertise, it would have been best not to offer my husband anything at all. A little message for this bitter woman: I went to another pharmacy where a kind lady welcomed me warmly and recommended medications that posed absolutely no risk to the health of the mother or baby. You are incompetent once again and acting in bad faith; you are simply not suited for this profession. This is considered a very serious offense.

This is the first time I've left feeling like just a walking wallet... 12 euros for a single fabric mask (thankfully meeting AFNOR standards). Shipping and other costs don't justify everything. I won't say more to avoid being unpleasant. Sorry, but you've lost a very loyal customer.
