    A modern and spacious pharmacy.

    A huge thank you to the team for their dedication! The person who helped me took all the time necessary to accurately find the specific medications my nurse requested. You can really feel their commitment to not letting patients down and to providing excellent service until the very end.

    Good welcome, pleasant saleswoman, no problems with the pharmacy itself.

    However, this bad review concerns the medical teleconsultation in the Medadom booth.

    I do not recommend it. I booked an appointment on Doctolib at 2:30 PM and wasn't seen until 3:40 PM. Then I ended up with a "doctor," Dr. Gerard Rozenbaum, who was disastrous. He was grumpy, I asked him to refill my prescription, he sent it, and ended the teleconsultation after only two minutes! I hadn't even finished asking him anything! He's ill-mannered; all he cares about is money. At 77, he's preparing for retirement; it's about time he actually retired.

    The team is generally very slow: customers wait a long time while the employees chat amongst themselves at a leisurely pace.
    One saleswoman, the most senior member of the team, perfectly illustrates this problem; she is very slow with most customers, but suddenly becomes quick and friendly when serving someone she knows.
    Between the general slowness and this occasional favoritism, the experience quickly becomes frustrating. The atmosphere suffers, and the wait is unnecessarily long.

    It's a shame there's no priority checkout... (maternity ward) I had to wait over 35 minutes just for a box of prescription Tardyferon.

    I had to give up.

    Wonderful welcome, everyone is smiling and professional.

    I had my first teleconsultation with my father, the online doctor, who was very professional and attentive.
    I will definitely switch pharmacies and come to this one.
