This pickup point is absolutely useless; it's never open during the advertised hours. I went twice on different days and at different times, and it was closed. And it's not the first time! My parcel is still there; their phone doesn't work, and I'll definitely have to go back if I want to get it... I hope this time it's the right one.

On the DHL site it said they would be open tomorrow May 3rd. Apparently they will also be closed on the 3rd. I would not have chosen this place if the information provided had veen accurate.

Avoid this pickup point at all costs! The person at reception was unpleasant and refused my package because there was no more room in the shop! Don't use this pickup point if you're not satisfied!
They also don't respect the opening hours; I arrived at 11:00 AM for a 10:30 AM opening, and everything was closed…
In short, don't use this pickup point.

So I must have been lucky, but at 3:10 PM today, Friday, April 10, 2026, the store was open (maybe because it's 22 degrees Celsius and sunny) and I was able to pick up my DHL package from Japan containing €3,000 worth of Digimon cards... My default pickup point is Carrefour Chambourcy Customer Service, but well, DHL does what it wants...

My package was left at this store by the delivery driver because I wasn't home.
So I came to pick it up this morning. It's currently 11:40 AM and the store is still closed, even though it's supposed to be open.
This isn't the first time; it's unacceptable to hold our packages hostage. They're paid to do this and should honor their commitment.
If I could give zero stars!!!
