    I wish to report Kevin's inappropriate behavior.

    It is unacceptable to call a customer a liar or to lecture them simply because they didn't hear a "hello."

    Furthermore, Kevin has already had to be reprimanded for chatting with his friends in front of the store instead of being at his station, making me wait unnecessarily. He even left the store before me to continue his conversation.

    A minimum level of professionalism and respect for customers is expected.

    Update 05/25/26

    Returned today. Upon arriving at the checkout, I was greeted by Kevin, who was apparently affected by my Google review (left two months ago), as he addressed me by my first name and spontaneously confronted me about it in front of another customer.

    Too busy explaining that he had nothing to fear from my opinion and that it wasn't "manly behavior," he forgot to apply a 30% discount to an item.

    I hope I don't have a bad experience on my next visit.

    I regularly order from Uber Eats for grocery delivery and I appreciate the flexible hours, but please check your stock levels… sometimes I order one item and add other things to make my basket a bit more complete, and of course, the item I originally wanted is out of stock. And I'm not talking about a one-off; it's every single order that the items are unavailable.

    It is quite expensive as for a store in the middle of such block in Poissy but at least it's near for the last moment shopping.
    It was better for some time after the owner changed.
    It would be nicer if a cashier wouldn't stair on their phone all the time while taking care of you scrolling videos and pages.
