I don't really see much difference compared to other stores, except for two or three products.

Indeed, the wait at the checkout is a bit long.

The security guard was slightly aggressive and got angry because it was almost closing time and I needed to pay. I pointed out that it wasn't even 7:25 PM yet, and he started ranting in a language I don't understand... The service for regular customers was absolutely appalling! I'm going to see the manager and I expect an explanation.

Security forces us to go outside and tries to confuse buyers for no reason. We can't communicate or talk calmly with this person because they're so fixated on the idea that we're unhealthy.

I waited about 20 minutes at the checkout this afternoon around 1:45-2:00 PM

and it really annoyed me. There was only one cashier, who called the others, but no one came. Cashiers don't usually approach customers with kindness. I've lived in this area for 15 years. I've had to deal with the difficulties that might arise after the Supeco store relocation. I'm asking Supeco management to send all the cashiers home. They aren't all behaving in a way that improves your business. Hire new people. You'll see for yourself that your business will be more successful. If all your employees were former managers, they wouldn't behave like this. The fault lies with your management.
