    Dear Manager of the Intermarché in Orgeval,

    I am writing to add a negative review because I don't understand why you consistently have significant product shortages in your store on Saturdays and especially Sunday mornings.

    Indeed, entire aisles are empty (bagged salads, the meat section, whole chickens, water, eggs, and many other products)—essential items for many.

    And you no longer have an organic vegetable section. Why?
    You should at least make a small effort, but I haven't seen any improvement since my last complaint two months ago.
    You are losing customers, as I observe a great deal of frustration from them while shopping.
    And that's a shame, because the employees are friendly and kind, and the atmosphere is much more pleasant.
    I urge you to make an effort to correct this, especially since these are not insurmountable improvements to make. A word to the wise.

    I would like to thank Alma, the cashier at the Intermarché in Poissy. She is always kind to me and everyone else. She remains smiling, even when she's tired, and she's always helpful. Even when I ask her for something, she happily shows me. Thank you so much for everything she does.

    Don't listen to those who say the store is dirty! On the contrary, it's clean and well-stocked! I've always found what I was looking for! The staff are friendly, courteous, and helpful!

    The store was unsanitary and disorganized. The manager was unfriendly, constantly staring at customers with inappropriate looks. His manner of speaking was also very curt and never smiled. I was really affected. Customer service is clearly not his strong point. It's better to go to a competitor in town, like Monoprix or U Express, etc.

    On December 10th, 2024, I used Apple Pay at the self-checkout, which didn't register the payment. Despite showing that the transaction had been recorded on my phone (and debited from my account!), the manager asked me to leave without my groceries 😤. So I paid for nothing ☹️. For three weeks, there was no refund or apology…🤔. When I went to check on the status of the incident, I was told to wait. I later learned that the store manager had tried to contact me several times… on the wrong phone number because it had been incorrectly noted by his colleague 😳. I was finally reimbursed 🥵, but before I met with the store manager, no employee seemed shocked by the situation or made any effort to address it. Having worked as a supermarket cashier during my studies, I can understand that the days aren't always very fun. They are even less so when legitimate customer expectations are disregarded. With two or three exceptions, there is a real problem with the store's image, which predates the change of ownership. A serious overhaul is needed if you want to prevent customers from turning away.
