  Excellent.

  I've been exclusively using La Ferme Bio de Normandie for my meat since I discovered this company a few years ago, and I have it delivered by Chronofresh.

  I'm very grateful to be able to eat such high-quality meat from excellent French producers. The customer service is impeccable, responsive, and prioritizes customer satisfaction. They are honest and reliable people.

  The products are of excellent quality, both in terms of taste and texture. There are no hormones, and everything is organic. The orders are very well packaged. You can feel the care that goes into their work and the invaluable time-honored expertise, in addition to supporting a French family business.
  I've only had one mistake on all my orders, and when I called to let them know, the man on the phone immediately apologized and told me that the order was free of charge. He then promptly sent me the correct order, also free of charge. 10/10 This customer service experience has further reinforced my belief in the quality and professionalism of this company. It's a company where communication is straightforward and respectful.
  Regarding Chronofresh deliveries, I spoke with a reliable driver who explained that the cold chain is always maintained and that they are very strict about it.
  Don't hesitate to buy from them and spread the word. In these times, supporting our French producers, who do this work with conviction, love, and expertise, is so incredibly important. Don't hesitate to buy from them even if you live far away. I live in Savoie and have never had any problems receiving meat.

  Don't let negative reviews discourage you. It's very strange to see negative reviews, which I find hard to understand given my numerous experiences with this company. They have always answered the phone very quickly, if not immediately.
  I thank the people who work at your company and wish you all the success you deserve!

  Pork meat package, rillettes, broths, etc... The rillettes were inedible, tasteless, and had no consistency; you could have eaten them with a spoon. The sausages had a much too strong, overpowering flavor. The roast pork was okay. The broth lacked flavor, which is a shame. We still have three other meats to try; we'll see how this assessment changes. Overall, it's just catastrophic. I'm extremely disappointed, especially at this price. I'm giving it one star because I can't give it zero.

  I've placed a few orders with this farm with mixed results. Sometimes, not all the ordered goods are delivered. On December 5th, only 12 kg of meat was delivered instead of the 14.5 kg ordered. I received 10 hamburgers (in pairs) instead of 10 hamburgers (in pairs). I called twice and sent three emails to report the problem. No response, no action taken. Chronopost is unreachable. Just because I ordered from Belgium doesn't mean I should be ripped off. It's better to buy elsewhere.

  One would expect a company selling frozen poultry to work with a reliable logistics partner. Yet, this retailer chose Chronofresh (a disastrous company), resulting in unacceptable delivery delays. After a four-day delay, I refused the package, having no desire to risk food poisoning (no proof of adherence to the cold chain was provided).

  The result: I paid for the product with exorbitant delivery fees, but received neither a replacement nor a refund. Absolutely avoid them – not trustworthy at all!

  Very disappointed

  Following a carnivore diet, I was looking for quality meat and I was disappointed.

  To test the products, I decided to buy a 3kg package. The box was very poorly packed and nothing was done to protect the eggs I had also ordered, which resulted in two broken eggs and the carton being completely soaked with egg white.

  I just cooked the roast beef, which was impossible to chew, like shoe leather, and that's EVERYTHING I HATE when I buy beef: mediocre quality, impossible to chew. I threw it all out on the street for the stray cats.

  The pork belly (which I ordered separately) was just okay, nothing special, but far from fresh.

  I have absolutely no desire to try the rest since I already know it's not worth it. I'll still make some changes to the bottom of this review once I've tasted it to give a more complete opinion.

  At first glance, when I opened the package, the meat didn't seem to be of good quality either. I sent an email, but received no reply.

  In conclusion, I certainly won't be ordering again and I don't recommend this shop. Make up your own mind; maybe I'm just unlucky.

  Edit: I just ordered the rump steak; it was poor quality and impossible to chew.
