I ordered quite a few products for Christmas. On the day, everything was ready, well packaged, and the fruits and vegetables were of very good quality. Thank you very much.

I am extremely disappointed. I decided to give the saleswoman (bleached blonde, boyish haircut, glasses, and her cell phone practically glued to her hand) the benefit of the doubt. I could see she had a clementine in her hand when I felt it, thinking she was going to throw it away, but she put it in my bag... DISHONEST

The products are good but expensive; a young woman (most certainly barely 30 years old) makes remarks that are often inappropriate, she should work for other companies to understand what a customer is!

This shop is to be avoided at all costs… They sell good products, sure, but you can't choose what you eat. A complete stranger has to pick out what you eat with their bare hands (who knows where they've been?). And to top it off, the woman in question (who is incredibly unpleasant, looks down on you, is very haughty, and answers customers in an unbelievable way, leading them to decide not to buy anything because they'd like to touch the selected products to check the quality, but they're not allowed (what a joke!))... So when you get home, you find fruit that's half rotten inside or completely dried out… and it seems I'm not the only one to have had a similar experience in this "shop."

Gold medal!!!! Gold medal for the WORST SERVICE in Poissy!!!
We were queuing outside during this health crisis, at the entrance of this so-called shop, right where a sign asked us to wait. Suddenly, a (bad) salesman came out and started yelling at his customers who were waiting in an orderly fashion and keeping their distance from each other. And as if that weren't enough, this man, who didn't even say hello or any polite word, raised his voice when two customers (another woman and myself) pointed out his deplorable behavior.
In these times when we're being asked to support our small businesses, I think we shouldn't support them blindly, and that some don't deserve it. In short, I strongly advise you to avoid this place, especially since the quality of the products is simply not there. Indeed, they specialize in trays with beautiful produce on top (special mention to the chanterelles) and shriveled, barely acceptable produce underneath.Well done again, Les Vergers de Saint-Louis!!! You're giving your much more welcoming competitors fantastic publicity!!!
