    This management agency is absolutely to be avoided. It's a shame it's not possible to give zero stars.
    The managers at LAMY Poissy are unreliable: they bill for services not requested without any explanation, there are numerous hidden fees, a complete lack of professionalism, and no responsiveness.

    A few concrete examples:
    - The property was delayed by several weeks, then the listing was published with photos of the property in complete disarray after the move-out inspection, with no effort made to clean it up. As a result, we didn't get a single viewing for over three months, until we returned to France to tidy up...
    - It took us almost two months to get the profiles of our new tenants. Apparently this information was confidential...

    - Every month we are charged €15 for a letter we didn't request and which is available online.
    - We are charged €30 for scanning fees even though half the documents aren't available online.
    - It's the 27th of the month and we still haven't received our current month's statement.
    - etc.

    A series of experiences that clearly gives the impression that your property and your money are being held hostage. The experience would have been much simpler, smoother, and significantly less expensive without their involvement. I can't wait for this agreement to end!

    Extremely disappointing experience with this property management company.

    For several weeks now, it has been virtually impossible to get a response, whether by email or phone. There is no responsiveness, no follow-up, and above all, no one is actually available to handle requests.
    In my case, this complete lack of communication is effectively preventing me from renting out my property, particularly regarding an issue related to the Energy Performance Certificate (EPC), which requires a response from the management company. Despite numerous follow-ups, the situation remains at a standstill.
    There is a serious lack of professionalism and consideration for the co-owners.
    I strongly advise against using them if you expect even a minimum of professionalism and responsiveness.

    Extremely disappointing end-of-tenancy management

    If I could have given zero stars, I would have. As a former tenant, I strongly advise against using this agency. Upon moving out, excessive deductions were made from my security deposit for cleaning fees without convincing justification and without applying the depreciation schedule. We're talking about over €450 in deductions for dusting, and as a result, not only did I get nothing back, but they're still demanding more money. Despite my requests, I haven't received a satisfactory response. Not to mention the difficulty of contacting the property manager, who is virtually impossible to reach by phone. And apparently, I'm not the only one; other former tenants are complaining about the exact same thing. Avoid at all costs.

    I wanted to leave a very positive review. Mr. Golad is a very attentive, professional, and helpful accountant. He answered all my questions and explained the condominium fees very clearly. I am very satisfied with his assistance. A big thank you to him.

    If I could give zero stars, I would.
    The property manager is unreachable, unprofessional, and doesn't do their job.
    It's deplorable that condominiums are managed this way.
