They don't take requests into account; we have to follow up constantly. No better than the other property managers we had previously... Disappointing. I was thinking of using them for other properties, but NO.

I contacted Ms. Delattre after a contractor left construction equipment that was taking too long to remove. Following my call, the necessary work was done the same day. Excellent efficiency. Thank you.

I had a rat infestation and droppings from the apartments above, coming from the shared drains, for a year. The apartment was uninhabitable and unrentable.

After a year, a plumber and an exterminator finally came. Just long enough to thoroughly wreck my apartment and make me clean up the mess every day.

    Thanks

As a co-owner, after several years of unsatisfactory management with various property managers, we entrusted our condominium to Loiselet & Daigremont in Poissy in 2023.

This change initially allowed us to re-establish a more professional framework, with better monitoring and genuine responsiveness to the co-owners. A climate of trust and transparency, essential for sound management, was finally established.

However, since the departure of the manager in charge at that time, we have observed a decline in the quality of service: sometimes imprecise communication, a lack of clarity on certain issues, and questionable follow-up.

In a context of significantly rising condominium fees, we expect consistent rigor from a property manager, structured and quantified responses, as well as clear and formalized communication.

A property manager is a service provider at the service of the co-owners. As such, the level of service must meet the contractual obligations.

We are closely monitoring the situation and hope for a swift return to a level of quality that meets expectations.

    Thank you for your response.

The points raised do not stem from individual expectations, but rather from legitimate requirements within the framework of collective management.

Providing documents does not replace the clear, structured, and actionable answers expected from a property manager as part of their monitoring, advisory, and transparency responsibilities.

To date, this information does not provide a sufficiently clear picture to assess the quality of the monitoring.

Based on my experience, I know how to recognize a competent professional and pass on positive feedback when this is the case. At this stage, the assigned rating simply reflects the observed reality.

I remain attentive to the concrete developments in the situation.

Almost two months after sending them a formal notice which – verbatim – "is not legally sound," as confirmed by the expert report commissioned by my insurance company in response, they still haven't followed up on the numerous calls, emails, and registered letters inviting them to work together on this matter.

However, they reacted very quickly to the Google review, but just to add a new element to what should be our discussions, I quote, again verbatim: "That you don't appreciate it is one thing" (sic). One can indeed legitimately be disappointed by such a cavalier attitude: avoid them if you believe, as I do, that mutual and constructive communication, professional rigor, and responsiveness are essential for the proper management of your real estate matters.
