I used this agency to rent an apartment. Everything went well.
However, when I moved out, my security deposit was returned late. The deadline is one month, and I waited a month and a half before receiving the deposit check. The real estate agent told me there was no problem returning the deposit because I left the apartment cleaner than it was when I arrived.
I had to contact the agency because I hadn't heard anything. I don't think that's fair. - 8 juin 2019
They're smooth talkers, but not real estate professionals at this agency. They never keep you informed of anything; worse, they just abandon your file. Viewings are pointless because the clients aren't properly vetted; it's just for the sake of saying "I have a viewing" (okay, you're selling a two-bedroom apartment in one town and they want a one-bedroom in the next, but I thought it might suit them!). Avoid them; there are much better agencies in Poissy.

Terrible staff, they don't give any warning when something is going on.
We disturb them when we come to see them, and clearly, they don't give a damn about the people who want to rent.
They don't cancel appointments when they're rented.
Absolutely avoid them, a disgrace to the profession.
