The welcome was nonexistent; no one responded to my greeting. I waited patiently, and after seven minutes, I discreetly told my partner we were leaving. Then, magically, they stopped us and asked why we were there. I explained that the zipper on my coat was broken. The woman took my coat, fiddled with the zipper a bit, and fixed it! I thanked her profusely and apologized, saying I was convinced it was broken. She said, "Wait, wait, let me see." I gave her back my coat, and she yanked the zipper in two, pulling very hard, and broke it. No joke, I've never seen anything like it! I looked at my partner and said, "What is she doing?" The woman replied, "It's broken. That's €65 for a zipper, ma'am. It was broken, ma'am." I took my coat, and we left. As a result, my coat isn't broken and I'm still wearing it; she tried to make me believe it was broken. Anyway.

Absolutely avoid this place! The person is extremely unpleasant and the work is shoddy!
I came in a while ago for two alterations, which didn't last, and when I went back to show her, she completely brushed me off because she didn't appreciate me pointing out that the alterations were inadequate. She told me to go somewhere else because she wouldn't do them again.In addition to being unpleasant, this person is rude and disrespectful!
I never leave negative reviews, but this business is to be avoided. I gave it one star because zero is not an option.

I first came to ask for a quote for shoulder alterations on two dresses. The woman quoted me €17 per dress. As I'm new to France and unfamiliar with prices, I preferred to check other shops before making my choice.
When I returned to drop off my dresses, she told me point-blank: "You're a negative person, you've been shopping around." She also insisted I pay in advance, which I refused because, like many customers, I prefer to pay upon delivery. It's not a legal requirement, and I find it inappropriate to insist on it.
I never leave negative reviews because I support small businesses.
Comparing prices before entrusting an item of clothing is neither negative nor disrespectful. This unsolicited judgment disappointed me greatly. I do not recommend this place.
