The product itself is fine, but the service is appalling. The saleswomen are incredibly rude: ill-mannered, unpleasant, and completely unprofessional. They chat amongst themselves in their own language right next to the customers, which is disrespectful. At some point, they need to hire staff who are at least somewhat educated, competent, and capable of behaving appropriately for a business.
With saleswomen like that, the customer base is sure to decline!

Honestly, a disastrous experience from start to finish.
I returned an item properly: product + receipt, nothing wrong with that. When it came time to pay, they applied absolutely nothing… and of course, I only realized it once I'd left the store. I calmly went back to point out their mistake, and they practically made me out to be a liar. Unbelievable.
The result: 10 minutes of arguing before they even bothered to check, find the receipt and the item, as if I were making up the whole story. And when they finally admitted their mistake? No refund, nope. They gave me a voucher, even though I had just spent money there.
Absolutely no customer service, no willingness to learn, and an astounding lack of faith. A complete rip-off from beginning to end. Avoid at all costs.

The quality of the items was quite disappointing. Furthermore, the in-store service left much to be desired: some sales assistants clearly lacked professionalism and courtesy in their interactions with customers. An unpleasant experience that discourages a return visit.

The sales assistants are absolutely useless, always making up an excuse whenever you want to return something. I bought a beanie a week ago, and when I went to return it, the assistant accused me of having worn it and changing the material. How ridiculous… especially for a €4.99 beanie, when I used to spend over €60 in this store.
And on top of that, they don't even give you a refund: the only return option is a voucher to use in their store. And there isn't even a fitting room, to call it a shop… At least have the decency to install one.

If I could give a -5 rating, I would.
The staff was extremely rude and not at all customer-oriented.
I bought a pair of pants and asked if I could try them on.
She replied, "We don't have a fitting room. You can take them home, and if they don't fit, you can bring them back."
She never mentioned that they don't offer refunds.
So I did—20 minutes later, she told me, "Too bad for you, you'll have to get something else."
Very rude and dishonest.
A complaint has been filed against them.
