I initially had a viewing appointment with Mr. Laurent. He called me to move the appointment forward, which I agreed to in order to accommodate his request. I drove for 1 hour and 40 minutes to be on time.
At the last minute, after I had arrived, he called to tell me that the viewing would ultimately not be possible that day.
I find this lack of professionalism unacceptable. Canceling an appointment at the last minute, after asking the client to change their schedule and travel, shows a complete lack of respect for other people's time.
