Quality service so far... this began by accepting my dossier, which was a great relief after arbitrary bureaucratic rejections from some other agencies. Moved into my new apartment rental early this year in a large residence managed by Nexity. The complex has a guardien and is very well maintained. I am pleasantly surprised by the polite responsiveness when I report faults or repairs needed to the property manager or guardien. Several repairs have been carried out quickly and efficiently since I moved in, and perhaps this is also a sign of a good landlord behind the agency – some quite expensive repairs. Nexity lose one star because they missed the opportunity to paint the apartment after the exit-inventory. The apartment was empty between tenants for 10 days, but the agents waited till I had moved in all my appliances and furniture to offer a re-paint of kitchen and hall. En somme, je tiens a remercier a l'equippe de Nexity.

Gaetan Givaja from Nexity was very helpful, however it took a lot of time to sell our apartment and we lost a lot of money on our investment. Buying to let was not the experience we had hoped it to be.

My daughter had changed schools and changed cities and the agency was prompt, professional and helpful. Mrs Bottan was our contact and she helped us a lot especially in gathering together all the paperwork we need so my daughter can have the apartment to rent. Thank you Mme Bottan.
