    For the past year, I've been having my parcels delivered to the collection point. I always receive a wonderful welcome from a lovely lady. I've also bought things from the store; the items are of good quality.

    I love this collection point; my wife and I go there very often. The lady is very charming, smiling, and helpful – nothing to complain about!

    The reception at the parcel pickup point was appalling, handled by a man who fancied himself a parcel cowboy. In a threatening tone, he warned me that without a certain number, he wouldn't release my parcel, even with a tracking number and ID. I'm still shocked by his words and intimidating behavior.

    The two shopkeepers are very friendly, there is a wide selection in the shop and they even do parcel collection, I recommend them.

    A store I've known for a long time; they occasionally have clothes and shoes that aren't too expensive, but the selection is much smaller. However, the parcel collection point is excellent.
    The woman who's always there is very pleasant.
