    Hello. I wanted to make my first real estate purchase through the Poissy agency. I am very dissatisfied with my experience with them, and particularly with Julien, the agent who was unable to arrange my first apartment purchase.

    I do not recommend this agency or the agent.

    We have recently bought an apartment through Foncia (Poissy) in April 2022 and it was fair dealing with them. Document process smoothly happened with them.
    But within a week and then within 2-3 months we found a major issue in the apartment. There is a water leakage in one of the walls and on the floor. It has damaged the parquet flooring as well as the wall. It seems we have to live with that for a long term as none of the experts is able to find the root cause.

    Surprisingly, earlier the apartment was on rent with Foncia and some big leakage also happened in the past which no one was aware of or something is hidden.

    In the end we are struggling everyday.
