This real estate agency is absolutely to be avoided! Dishonest and acting in extremely bad faith! I made the terrible mistake of entrusting them with my house for rent, and for five years it was a living hell: the move-in/move-out inspection was completely biased in favor of the tenants, the management was appalling, they never checked the boiler maintenance contract annually, they only informed me of the tenant's departure at the last minute, they refused to let me be present for the move-out inspection of my own house, and I had to hire a bailiff who drew up a 161-page report detailing the catastrophic damage to my home, which has become uninhabitable! The repairs cost over €20,000, and the agency is completely disclaiming all responsibility. I had to hire a specialized lawyer!
