This property management company is absolutely to be avoided. Their management is characterized by a complete lack of follow-up and communication. Several issues concerning the common areas have been dragging on for months without any resolution.
Even worse, a massive adjustment of heating costs has been imposed on us via a general meeting conducted by mail, without any clear explanation or transparency. Despite our requests for a payment plan or staggered installments to manage this significant sum, the property manager has turned a deaf ear to our requests. The lack of empathy and professionalism from the management is deplorable. If you are looking for a reliable partner for your condominium, look elsewhere.

GML Immo is the kind of property management company you recommend to friends and family when they tell you they're fed up with theirs.
In practical terms, we went from a management company that claimed to be a market leader but was shockingly incompetent to a small, stable, competent, responsive, and professional team. And our condo's situation is anything but simple! Between the numerous insurance claims, the unpaid fees left unaddressed by our two previous managers, and the complexity of our condo as a member of a homeowners' association... GML's expertise has been proven time and again!
At the condo board level, we communicate very regularly with our manager, we have impressive visibility into day-to-day expenses, and so on.
In short, we found a property management company that proves our friends wrong when they say all property managers are bad ;-) - 24 décembre 2024
Our condominium, comprising around sixty units, changed management companies at the end of 2023, and for over a year now we have been completely satisfied with GML IMMO's work.
We particularly appreciate their attentiveness, responsiveness, and advice. Their website is also worth noting, allowing us to monitor our individual accounts as well as the condominium as a whole, with real-time expense tracking.
Let's hope GML maintains this level of excellence going forward! 🙂
