I wish to express my disappointment regarding Mr. Merrouche's professional and personal qualities. He attempted to get me to sign a purchase offer on my behalf, imposing conditions he unilaterally defined without any prior consultation.
Furthermore, he sent an email to my notary, falsely claiming that I refused to give him her contact information. This is completely untrue, especially since I received him at my home and provided him with all the necessary information.
Finally, he unilaterally and falsely declared an escrow amount and banking conditions that I never agreed to.
Given such actions, I strongly advise against any collaboration with Mr. Merrouche.
