I bought an over-the-counter medication at 4:43 PM.
At 4:44 PM, I asked to return it because it wasn't the right brand.
The floor was undamaged. I carefully opened the label.
They refused to take it back.

The pharmacist is incredibly haughty and speaks very rudely. It's not the first time the same person has spoken to me so rudely, not even saying hello (which is simply polite, but I suppose not everyone knows how), and also talking down to you. I advise against this pharmacy; go to the one downtown where the service is much better, unlike here. We are there as sick customers who need information, not to be treated by a pharmacist who speaks to us condescendingly and questions everything we say. In short, disappointing.

The manager and her employee were incredibly rude and unpleasant, bordering on aggressive.
I've rarely seen anything like it, and now I understand better after reading the various reviews, which all seem to agree! Unfortunately, you can't always read reviews before going anywhere, especially a pharmacy, where you expect a minimum of welcome and courtesy. In short, if you don't like people and don't want to be bothered, you shouldn't work in a pharmacy! If you're looking for a pharmacy, look elsewhere; you're better off walking or driving a few extra meters.
