  The garage seems fine for manufacturer-recommended maintenance appointments. I've had 3 or 4 services done there and everything went well, with a fairly decent reception. The situation deteriorated the day the garage installed a new software version that presented serious malfunctions (dashboard warning lights malfunctioning, increased fuel consumption, a faulty transmission warning light...). While the problem didn't originate with the garage, the downward spiral began with a total of six appointments, unnecessary parts replacements, vague explanations, and a lack of consideration and courtesy, requiring constant follow-up. Furthermore, the mechanics once forgot a screw in the passenger compartment and another time, a socket. Unfortunately, as time passed, my vehicle was no longer under warranty, and I was stuck with them without any solution. This dragged on for three long months until I was finally told to take it to the dealership. It was there that I learned it was an "Agent" garage and that they weren't actually authorized. Ability to resolve this issue...
  It only took one appointment at another reputable dealership to fix the problem.

  In the end, I went through a nightmare for a problem that's known and identified within the Renault network but completely ignored here. As for me, I won't be going back.

  I brought them my Scenic 2 (270,000 km) which had broken down; it arrived by tow truck. They quickly diagnosed a wiring harness problem between the fuse box and the ECU.

  With patience, they found and repaired the two small faulty wires without replacing the entire harness. The result: car repaired, only 3 hours of labor charged at a very reasonable rate.

  A reliable, competent, and honest garage. I recommend them!

  The initial welcome was good, but there was a lack of attention to detail in drafting the repair order, as it was impossible to know the specifics of the services and the total cost beforehand.

  It's a shame there was no communication about the number of points to check, such as the battery condition, tire pressure, fluid levels, etc. On the positive side, the car was returned on time and washed.
