I had a wonderful experience at this shop. The welcome was warm, and the person who assisted me was very kind and professional. I greatly appreciated the quality of the service and the advice given. The bouquet was magnificent, prepared with great care and taste. I recommend this shop without hesitation and will gladly return.

A new person is now in charge of the franchise, and it's a completely different experience. She greeted us with a big smile and a genuine desire to help us find exactly what we were looking for! Even though I'm a pretty demanding customer, she was fantastic from start to finish! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT!!!

I absolutely had to leave this review after my visit to the shop to buy a bouquet for Mother's Day.
In addition to the exceptional quality of the flowers and the remarkable taste in the composition of my €30 bouquet, I was deeply touched by the kindness of the woman who served me. Her incredibly kind gesture made this already special moment even more memorable.

Despite a few issues we encountered, YourFlowers handled the situation with great professionalism. Sarah, the manager, was attentive from start to finish and quickly offered us suitable solutions. She completed everything within the requested timeframe and even gave us tips to make the bouquet last longer. A true commitment to customer service.
